For 2008, TLC is proud to announce that 27 locations were lost-time, injury free during 2008. They also have a 26% improvement in the OSHA rate, which was already better than the industry standards to begin with.

TLC awarded Dedicated Warehousing and Transportation for Bay Valley Foods. The initiative is to construct a 600,000 square foot warehouse in Rochelle, IL that will begin operations later this month. The new distribution center will be built according to guidelines established by USGBC for LEED certification

TLC has a corporate initiative to support the communities in which its associates live and work. Pathways, MI, local to the corporate headquarters in Holland, MI, provides life-transforming services to children, families and communities. TLC plans to donate excess office furniture, supplies and equipment to Pathways, MI who plans to use that donation to support its counseling, child welfare, early childhood and family support programs
