Cadmus Names TLC Hurlock DC their 2005 Facility of the Year
November 1, 2005 – Officials at TLC (Total Logistic Control), announced today that Cadmus Communications Corporation has recognized TLC’s Hurlock Fulfillment Center, located in Hurlock, Maryland, as the “2005 Facility of the Year”.
Cadmus Communications is one of the world’s largest printers of medical journals, trade magazines, and directories. Each year Cadmus recognizes the facility that provides above and beyond logistic services. As one of seven facilities up for the title, TLC’s Hurlock facility consistently excelled in performance over the 2005 fiscal year, earning them the 2005 Facility of the Year award.

TLC’s Hurlock Fulfillment Center is the primary distribution center for all of the Cadmus Print Plants. This location handles fulfillment for subscription renewal, replacement copies, and conference shipments, storing over 15 million journals for over 210 of Cadmus’ clients.
In addition to Cadmus’ “2005 Facility of the Year” award, TLC’s Hurlock facility has also been awarded the Innovator of the Year award for Dorchester County, as well as the Governor’s Citation for Outstanding Contribution to Dorchester County.
