TLC and House of Flavors Expand their Working Relationship
Based in Ludington, MI, House of Flavors manufactures premium private label ice cream, sherbet, frozen yogurt and sorbet. With their state of the art manufacturing plant , they can produce premium quality, quick-frozen, super-hard ice cream, ready to ship, within 6 hours. From receipt of an order - through production, packaging and preparation for shipping - they can fulfill an order in less than seven days.
For the past two years, TLC has provided warehousing services at three facility locations which principally support House of Flavors customers who require case selection and seasonal inventory builds. Building upon this solid track record of success, TLC has been chosen to manage all of House of Flavors’ prepaid outbound transportation to their customers. They began providing these additional services in June 2009. TLC’s full-service TMONE solution will be utilized for this additional work. TMONE provides best-in-class systems and processes which enable House of Flavors to more efficiently manage transportation, track shipments and measure successful logistics performance for their customers.
