Overview
BDLC was originally designed as a high-volume vegetable processing facility. This unique low-temperature environment provides versatile distribution, packaging and production capabilities for an array of frozen foods.
Strategically located in the heart of Wisconsin’s growing region, BDLC is central to Chicago and the upper midwest.
In addition to frozen distribution, BDLC’s capabilities span the supply chain, and include: IQF and room freezing, frozen food processing, blending, filling, bagging, overwrapping, bundling and other low temperature packaging and assembly services. All work is performed in a single controlled food grade environment in an AIB-rated facility under strict HACCP guidelines.
Served by rail and with easy access to I-90 / I-94, BDLC is the ideal frozen distribution solution for products moving through the midwest.
