Overview

Knoxville IMC operates the computerized distribution center for a leading food manufacturer, servicing 150 clients through the south east – North and South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, parts of Ohio, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia and on occasion Louisiana.

This facility ships 34 million cases annually, with an order dynamic of 63% Full Pallet Pick and 27% Loose Case Pick.

Knoxville IMC provides numerous value added services to the customer, including inventory management, display ready unit builds, custom pallet configurations, custom labeling and marking, pallet platform compliance and reverse logistics.
