OVERVIEW

TLC's Mt. Sterling Logistic Center is a dedicated facility that functions as a mixing center for multiple products for our client. The facility is located adjacent to the clients existing manufacturing facility. The facility encompasses 265,000 square feet, making it about three-fourths of the size of the client’s Mt. Sterling manufacturing facility to which it will be connected via tunnel.
