TLC manages giving at the corporate level and focuses on giving in the state of Michigan where TLC's corporate headquarters is located. Gifts to non-profit organizations are reviewed by a volunteer committee and awarded on a merit and available funds basis.

It is TLC's practice, whenever possible, to give priority to charities recommended by our associates and customers.

Each TLC facility has a budget for supporting local causes and giving programs. Preference is normally given to employee-initiated requests for giving.
