Ron joined TLC in December of 1998 and is the Vice President of Human Resources. Ron has more than 20 years of experience in the human resources field, most recently as Vice President of Human Resources for Batts, Inc. Prior to that, he was with Westinghouse Electric Corporation for 14 years in various human resource positions. He received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
